Advancing DEI in the Federal Contractor Workplace, Keli Wilson, DCI Consulting Group

It is easy to get caught up in the urgency of developing and implementing AAPs, placing a lower priority and fewer resources to internal auditing. However, the investigation into indicators from the AAP, review of policies and procedures, incorporation of the employee voice, and use of evidence-based practices to address organizational barriers is the bridge between compliance and DEI programs. Join this event to learn about advancing DEI in the federal contractor workplace by incorporating robust quantitative and qualitative evaluations of your affirmative action program.

Outreach and positive recruitment efforts of federal contractors are becoming more and more of a point of discussion during OFCCP reviews.  What are OFCCP’s expectations? Are your efforts enough? Are they “Best-in-Class” or do they need a little TLC? Please join us as we share some “real life” OFCCP requests and how to “think outside of the box” when identifying and evaluating outreach efforts.
